The mechanical works pending were at last sorted out.
The leaks were due to some loose bolts.
Yet another power steering pump made the hydraulic system work finally. It's still not a one finger steering, still its way better. Word is that it will get softer as the new ends will smooth out.
The fuel and engine temperature gauges are working and the seat has been connected and electronic lumbar adjustment is working.
Got the wheel cups for the rear wheels as well.
So it was time to ask Bao G to finish the paint job. Left the rigg with him yesterday and today when I went to get it back in the evening I was in complete aw for the work he had done in finishing the vehicle.
Take a look for yourselves..

Now let me introduce you all to the man the Magician! who gave color and a new look to my rigg. BAO G, as he is known. The one man I mentioned earlier that didn't even let me slack up a bit if I tired down during the course. I didn't know him before this job and I wouldn't go to anybody else after what he has done with this jeep. A real maestro when it comes to body and paint work!

The second magician in the above is no other than Ustad Zahid. The guy in whose hands metal melts! Those of you who have seen the "Spitfire Restoration" thread by Mr. Spitfire on PW, must know and recognize him for what he is capable of. A master fabricator indeed.
This introduction was mandatory before I could proceed with the rest of the finishing pics.. so here goes..

Now I will get the roll bar/family cage designed and fabricated. Install that and get the soft top made. So this thread is no where over yet.
Will keep on adding pics as the rigg will complete its running and then do some initial off road testings. Y'all might wanna stay subscribed
I would also like to post credits and contacts of people who made this project a reality and deserve the true praise y'all have posted in reply on these pages. Inshallah will do that in next reply.
