Hello guys,
I have a 1991 Japanese Cultus with a carburetted 3-cylinder that I owned since 1999 and it has never been repaired before. I owned since 40,000km, now its 120,000. Last year it stalled while driving and would not start - after searching for the fault, I replaced distributor sensor and it fired right up. BUT now it runs on crazy RPMs, maybe 2-3000 and once it warms up a little it stops idling at all - will only work if I press gas pedal and pump gas into it. I haven't touched any of vacuum hoses or mess with adjustments, also did not touch the carburettor (before this it worked perfectly). Really can't understand where this comes from. I've found manuals on this forum (thanks!), but diagrams still make me confused. maybe someone had a problem like this?
thanks!
