I had indus corolla with 1.3 Carburetor engine this year i swapped it with 1.6 automatic 4afe the car is running very good but the fuel average is very low in city it gives almost 7-8 kmpl with ac any suggestions?
7-8 with ac seems ok
The average u r getting is absolutely fine.Some mechanics will tell u to install vitz injectors for mileage.Don,t listen to them,they will destroy ur car.
The mechnics are saying it should give 10-12 and i checked on internet mostly the average is between 10-12 i was hoping that it’ll do the same
Manual ones gives 11-12 not autos
Looks quite low, unless you are driving in traffic jams most of the time. It should be around 9-10 with A/C.
Was the wiring perfectly done during the swap?
One of the mechanic suggest to change the map sensor and injectors from 2 hole to 4 holes as 2 holes are very big and 4 holes are very tinnier
sorry to say but chamaat mardena if he even try to touch it....
injectors wont sort it
Is fan auto? thermostat valve installed?If the silencer is black inside then u should change map sensor otherwise don't touch it.
