1KR-FE Engine Vibration Diagnostic's

The 1KR-FE Engine is known for its vibration issue which is either caused by clogged catalytic converters or due to absence of catalytic converter in exhaust system or by deteriorated engine and last one the excessive load of alternator on engine idle speeds.
The alternator on 1KR is prone to deterioration by time and no check engine light pops up on dash due to which it is ignored in the diagnostic process.
Which can be a fatal mistake specially after engine rebuilds and can lead to severe engine damage during breakin periods so it is important to diagnose this issue too and replace it if necessary. Rest see it in the video.

Yes it would be my fleet car so most of the project is not filmed or pictured at all.
Engine job done
Wiring stuff done
Suspension rebuild done. Now left is the cosmetics so it would be forwarded for that.

Hey Raja Bhai, I am having the same issue after my 1KRFE rebuild.

The car at idle when increasing load starts vibrating and shaking and dropping rpm's to below 700.

I am not sure how to measure the Alternator Duty Cycle as my scanner does not have it but under full load at drive (brake pressed) I do notice that my RPM's keep fluctuating as does the Control Module Voltage. (btw 680-800 & 12.8-13.6V).

I am not quite sure what the issue is as it only happens when I come to a halt after driving at lets say a Uturn or a signal.

Would appreicate any help.
