Not your desired city but Adeel Saleem is great in Rawalpindi and a honest + educated guy from what I have observed first-hand. He built a 1KZ-TE for me that outlasted pretty much all our other diesels in border areas. I'm not related to him in any way. 0345 5220455 is his contact number.
