Almost 4500 kms and my oil level is this
I topped up around 300 ml which was remaining in the bottle from last oil change at around 3000 kms

I think the pcv valve is bad as it Alows some air to pass through from the intake side . I am going to replace it with a new one if not available then with a kabuli one . Can I use 2nz pcv valve if 1nz is not available

New one should be available at dealership because 2nz is still in many cars

Air easily passes through from the engine side while from the intake side it offers a little resistance but passes the air

Well I changed the pcv valve but that didn't solve the problem. Then I used thicker oil 20w50 and It still burnt the oil so after consultation with my mechanic I went for the rebuild as the mileage was above 200k. The head was surfaced changed the rings and piston and thourghly cleaned the engine. Cluch bearing and plate was also changed the engine was missing thermostats valve also bought a kabuli one the fan was already automatic After that I used petromin 5w30 now its driven 750km and the engine has not consumed even a drop of oil . I am planning to use the same oil and will be changing at 1000km when it is restocked at daraz.
Bought Toyota oil filter from spare part dealer but I don't think it was original although he swore on it this time I am planning to use Bosch filter which is available at daraz flagship store but I don't know if it's compatible with the engine I will attach the photo if anyone has used it then plz recommend

Better to use OEM oil filter from Toyota Dealership. It will cost you same.
Or order from PartsCentral

Of the rebuild?

Well total cost was round about 35000. If you are going for only rebuild it costs around 25000 to 30000 . The mechanic charged 9000 .The qabli thermostat valve 650 new clutch was around 12000 but i just repaired mine for 1500 one qabli clutch bearing 500 . Changed the transmission oil for 500

Also changed the brake pads and had some work done on the axles as well. Head resurface cost around 2900 and the rebore cost 3200. Didn't change the valves only bought new valve seals .as mechanic said that they were okay. Piston were Taiwanese and the rings were japan made .

Just bought oil from caltex authorized outlet and a genuine oil filter from Toyota khyber .I had a good experience with petromin but it's out of stock on daraz .this will be my first oil change after the overhaul . MASHALLAH up till now the engine performance is smooth and and the fuel average has greatly improved .i have not used caltex oil before its pricey as compared to petromin but lets see how it performs and by the way they charged 5500 for the oil and 1250 for the filter . I just want to ask about the oil change interval should I change it on 5k or 8k
