Dear Pak wheelers,
Hope u all doin great , Alhumdulillah as planned I have completed my FAIRY MEADOWS – ASTORE – DEOSAI-SKARDU trip with my frnds and colleagues (8 in total) and back home safely with beautifull memories and collection of pictures to cherish and share , ill be uploading pics with detailed description as much as I can .. hope u guys will love it.

Day 1 (1<sup>st</sup> July): Left Karachi by teezgam on exact scheduled time that is 5:30 pm till lahore train was on time but after that the nightmare came true when it started to LAG but thanks GOD we booked business class so it was quite neat and comfortable with chilling AC all da way .

Day 2 (2<sup>nd</sup> July) : whole day went in travelling and reached Rawalpindi at 12 am and it was drizzling there , I had a hotel booked in I-9 went there it was already too late about 1:30 am was dead tired and went to sleep as we have to catch the coaster to Chillas the next morning from Pir Widhaye.

Day 3 (3<sup>rd</sup> July) : Since we were too tired so I took the coaster to chillas which leaves at 11:30 pm , did not took NATCO as I had a very bad experience earlier travelling to chillas from NATCO , the coaster left on time and we travelled whole nite the way to chillas has become worst by now I did not remember the exact place but it was about several kms before samar nala where road was almost not existent very huge bumps with water running on the road that u can hardly drive not more them 5km/hr coaster took a lot longer than expected.

Day 4 (4<sup>th</sup> July) : We reached chillas @ 7am checked in to the hotel went for a short nap as we have to leave for raikot by 10 am , booked a prado and stared journey towards raikot which took us hardly 1 hour and 45 mins took wileys and started journey towards tatu , it took about the same time to reach before tatu village where the bridge is under construction the connecting jeep took us to the fairy meadow view point where we had our lunch … it was already 4pm and maghrib was 3 hours away , accompanying with some females colleagues it was not possible to trek to fairy meadows before dark , and it was not at all safe to trek there in dark so we decided to hire horses and potters for Rs 2000, me and my other frnd prefer to trek while other went on horses reached fairy medows it was pleasure viewing nanga parbat so close , at night we sat out for a bonfire but it was hell cold , almost freezing outside , thank GOD out cottage has attached bath with warm water and a heater in cottage which helped a lot at night.

Day 5 (5<sup>th</sup> July) : Got up early morning and started trek to bayal camp it was a luvley site completely natural , stayed at beyal for a while has breakfast there and came back by evening.

Day 6 (6<sup>th</sup> July) : Started trek back to tatu and then to raikot where our driver was waiting to take us to Astore reached Astore by evening and stayed there in a hotel.

Day 7 (7<sup>th</sup> July) : Early morning 6 am departure for Skardu crossing chilam chowki and lush green DEOSAI plains covering sheoshar and sadpara lake which is now more a dam then reached skardu , went to shangrilla and came back till Maghrib.

Day 8 (8<sup>th</sup> July) : Left for chillas by 12pm on the way we went across a landslide and a bridge which was closed due to maintenance so it took a little longer as we stopped for lunch as well and reached chillas by midnight.

Day 9 (9<sup>th</sup> July) : From Chillas NATCO was already booked , it reached chillas by 1 am and then we started our journey back towards pindi , travelled whole night and in the morning we faced same landslides which took almos 3-4 hours xtra and reached pindi by 6pm , booked hotel and stayed there.

Day 10 (10<sup>th</sup> July) : We had our flight reserved from peshawer of 11<sup>th</sup> july 8:30 am so we have a full day so we explored ISB once again went to Faisal mosque and dame e koh , on way back went to RAHAT had the yummiest pizza and donuts came back to our hotel packed our bags and left for pir wadhye at 11 :30 pm took public transport for peshawer and was in there by 2 am went to airport directly waited till morning.

Day 11 (11<sup>th</sup> july) : It was very hard to wait for morning as it was hot and the airport public area did not have AC and it was a very ordinary so called International Airport , finally it was dawn and we boarded in and was in Karachi by 10:15am.
Parodo from chillas to raikot and raikot to Astore crossing DEOSAI to Skardu to Lower Kachura and back to Chillas = 26k
Raikot to Tatu = 6k
Grand Cottage at Fairy medows = 8k
