K20a is over rated and over priced.just use k k24a2
Also known as k24a3 in Pakistan,it has RBB code.with boltons its near fast as a k20 and 1/3rd the price.especially with newer versions from tsx 2008+
Those have RBB3 heads which almost flow good as k20a.
Dont use LSD tranny.i have used both but no differnece untill you are tracking your car or do spirited driving on hilly roads which need fast speed turns.
With our dust filled roads,LSD vs Non LSD,tyre spin the same.
I have also not found any differnce in torque steer aswell.
I sold both my LSD 6 speeds and bought 5 speeds.i am turbo too thats why i need longer gear ratios.
Just buy a k24a2, or a1 if u gonna turbo routebe careful with k24a2/3.those have tight ring gaps.so above 380 whp,the rings expand and due to tight gaps either they break or break the piston=blown engine.
So if u gonna buy engine for turbo,buy the one which is very old.those are loose for boost.
And use a good tuning solution like Flashpro,kpro etc.dont cheap out on ECU ever.
and dont begin the swap untill u got the parts.Planning ahead is key to success because parts take near 4 weeks to artive here from abroad.
And always do the Istakhara before doing some big work,if thats good for you or not.may be u swapped a k20 in car and had an accident and broke your leg etc etc.so Istakhara is must.
