COMPLETELY OVERHAULED MY GENERATOR ENGINE AT HOME.
GOT ALL TOOLS INCLUDING MULTIPLE SOCKET SET, REVERSIBLE RATCHET, VALVE GRINDING TOOLS, VALVE GRINDING PASTE, FEELER GUAGE FOR ADJUSTING VALVE'S LASH.

SPARES I HAVE INCLUDE CRANK SHAFT MOUNTED OIL SEALS, RTV SILICONE SEALANT, COMPRESSION RINGS, 2 FLYWHEELS, SPARE ENGINE BLOCK, EXTRA VALVES. CRANKCASE GASKET, HEAD GASKET, TAPPET COVER GASKET.

RECENTLY GOT ENGINE BLOCK'S BORE TO OVERSIZED PISTON OF 68.25mm + 0.5mm
New valves and ground new valve seats. new valve guides,

Thanks cursedd. Yeah, i am a Mechanical Engineer and do engine rebuilding at home as a hobbyist. This is my Passion and never do for earning money. If anyone needs advice, then feel free to ask regarding generator engine and alternator.......

Run my Generator on gas, with full load of Fridge, Freezer, lights and fans in summer.

That's good brother. I have been looking to run genset on bio gas. Can u tell me the minimum pressure required for gas to run2.3kva genset.

Cursedd. Minimum pressure required to run generator set i.e absolute pressure (19.7psi) it can be also termed as (5 psi guage pressure + 14.7 psi atmospheric air pressure) as domestic gas pressure is 5 psi guage
By the way how have you managed to get BioGas at home???

I haven't managed currently working out its design... And then build a bio gas collector of 5m3... Then feed the gas to genset to generate electricity... Planning to install test prototype on a farm

thats nice. how much is the cost estimation for proposed design of bio gas Digester of 5 m3 ??? are you opting out government's incentive to facilitate biogas on the farms? Keep it up. good idea

The estimated cost is above 100k. And no I m doing it myself. What incentives government is providing?

i read that punjab govt. is funding farmers to facilitate installation of biogas Digesters but dont know about the same incentives by sindh govt.
