If the carbon is sticking rings in a diesel. No flush will ever remove that.

as i read earlier There are two types of Crankcase Ventilation Systems 1. PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) 2. CCV (Closed Crank Case Ventilation).

Usually diesels have CCVs because of the absence of Vacuum in the system

Another thread ended abruptly.

No info given by the initiator on what was actually done to stop the blow by, or if the engine was overhauled or if nothing was done at all? May be the vehicle was sold as such for the next buyer to pay the price of fixing the blow by...

Or it shall stay a closely guarded secret? I wonder what really happened... Such suspense.
