there is no worn with coils..M series engine have been used worl wide..and running on very hig setup as well

@caridnal, its not Suzuki Pakistan thats using this, waste spark system is being used in many cars world over, Santro has it, Lancer 1.3L has it.

But the issue remains. while bloging, searching and googling i came to know Iridium plugs solves the problem.

The reason for misfirning is that on petrol a car generates about 12 volts, while on CNG it makes about 8 volts, the current isnt sufficient enuff to travel to the dependent cylinder. due to which it misfires.

husnain bahi and few others liana have been on CNG from start ..and now more then 4 years no issue at all.....

Even in my baleno i didnt had to replace them till about aproxx 110,000kms. but between 110,000 and 160,000 one of them died.

but i guess that a normal time for these electronic parts to work, but replacments are hell expencive.

can you share the resource of the 8 volt logic, if you mean 8 volt at the battery than i think you are wrong on this.

Salam, I dont think that Suzuki will discon Cultus altough I dont like the car but Our nation is fanatic about the car and suzuki knows that Pakistani If flatered once for any thing then they will love it for decades i.e. when in start 86 corolla came its still here being sold at 2.5 lac to 3.5 lacs, Indus corolla @ 6 lacs n above. Suzuki is very much familiar with Pakistani market thats why they didnt change Mehran since 1988 except of 1% detailing and now we are happy to buy a new one in almost the double price.

back to the topic What i presumed for Swift was more than they offered, Swift won 2 car of the year award and Paksuzuki took 3 years to launch it with not the standard suzuki swift specs altough its price is low but again suzuki holds the major market share with 1.3 L swift they were supposed to out run the comptn.

Why is everyone tripping over themselves for a sunroof or an A/T, or even a stripped down to the bones version, why can't we have features that actually improve safety like airbags? We need to get our priorities straight. C'mon PakSuzuki give us something worthwhile for once and not the POS's that you've been shoving down our throats for so long!

Not the battery, the car it self the battery isnt in use after the car is started

bhai for those whos say that awam want to buy 1L instead of 1.3L.
the reasone is our gov,t which put,s taxes heavily.
where we were paying 600.RS for mehran.
now have to pay 1450.RS.
and see for ur self.
a persone can spend lot of money one time, but not every time buddy!
and more over the earning capacity in pk is geting less day by day..

and i think cng version is not being launched for the reasone of soft suspention as far as my knowlege is concerned.

According to my sources Automatic is not launching instead a non powered version will be launched next year in two variants petrol/CNG.

and saw a maroon brand new swift semi-hidden in a corner!
details as under:
NO alloy wheels
NO power windows
NO power side mirrors
NO fog lights
NO rear seat belts

Yokohama C-drive Tyres (instead of Bridgestone Turanza's)

to me it looks like..khyber was in pakistan for around 10 years and now cultus has taken the same time period

current swift is for 1050k

with all these options not in it

must be near to 900k.....which is less then the VXL version of cultus

And they may continue the alto as 1000cc car
