Guys, can anyone comment on the performance of Swift on CNG? I plan on getting a Swift, enjoying it on petrol for a while and then installing Landi CNG kit. Can anyone with real-world experience with this please give some feedback?

theres this guy who installed cng in his swift....he said tht the performance on cng is v good and so as the economy....but my recomendation is tht not to install becuz this engine is not suitable for it

You will at a certain point in time face the coils and plug wires issue, that causes misfiring, and that would be a misery for u.

So the coils and plug wires problem (i.e. leading to misfiring/backfiring) is universal across the board for all suzuki vehicles running on CNG or Baleno/Liana/Swift only? Maybe it's because of some design flaw of having 2 coils mounted directly on the head. Anyone care to elaborate on this issue?

husnain bahi and few others liana have been on CNG from start ..and now more then 4 years no issue at all.....

as i always said ...if u get these car to local mechanic you will suffer..otherwise best to have

so issue gona come with swift either..just keep it worked through company

there is no worn with coils..M series engine have been used worl wide..and running on very hig setup as well

Factory fitted CNg and Non factory fitted CNg has alot of difference

Factory fitted CNg can never be tunned without the help of a computer....

Secondly coils are expensive and few china copies are available in market for almost 3rd the price of original...so ppl buy them and they get them in trouble again
