over 70% people current in pak prefer and buy manual cars u can judge by the sales also.auto trend is bcoming some popular bcoz of jdm vehicles.otherwise manual is best for our country and swift is really a joy to drive its manual transmission.

AS far the basic version of swift is concerned...it might be coming at the end of this year or maybe the start ov next year....the price will be reduced by 75000 only and IT WONT BE 9 lakhs...this is confirmed...only 75000 becuz cultus with frieght is 905000 right now...

As far AUTOMATIC is concerned, it wont be coming in the near future,,,becuz its price wud be incresed by 1 50 000 with auto transmission and no1 wud buy the car at that price....so suzuki will not be bringing auto...

However,cng version of swift is being worked out by the suzuki company..it MIGHT come but its not confirmed yet...

And as far as sunroof is concerned,lols lols lols....

That is good news. But I think we won't get the SRS, Steering Controls and retro speedometer or cruise control (bottom right of the steering wheel). Oh well, anything is better than nothing. Can't complain!

Maruti-Suzuki is offering the base SX4 VXi model at RS6.59lacs ex-showroom in Chennai till Nov30!. That's not a bad deal at all and below are a couple of pics of the SX4 rear which looks way better than many sedans similar in size.

I have a question. If the 2011 Wagon-R was sold in Pak what price would it list for?. Here in India the price of the fully loaded VXi version retails for RS4.35lacs on average with tax(on road price).

im wishing Suzuki Cervo is brought here. The JDM imported ones are becoming comon these days, the other i day tuk some pics for u, but my cameras flash messed up the pics.

If the wagonR is sold here looking at the Coure and Alto it would be more or less 6.5-7 lacks

:oThe Alto retails for RS7lacs in your market!. You mean to say the WagonR which is a much bigger car will sell for the same price?.The 800cc Alto with a/c and power steering retails for RS2.8lacs on average in India!.

:oBut then you guys are willing to pay close to a million for a twenty year old Cultus?. The WagonR has the latest 1000cc high output K-series engine variant and is a current design which is also sold in Japan. The Japanese version has a different design treatment front and rear.

This is the old out of production WagonR. The new car is a much improved product in both design and ergonomic elements.I'll buy you a 2008 WagonR for between RS2.5-2.75lacs low mileage and in excellent condition.

I'm right about the prices?. Close to a million for a Cultus with tax?. Anyways, i'm curious what these two Marutis will sell for in Pak both retailing for between RS3.5-4.5lacs here?.

registration is around 2% invoice price, insurance around 4 % invoice prices, all in all the price goes above a million till getting the car home, mats/mudflaps/seat covers/ other expences are separate.

the market would adopt a-star any day, im still not sure about the wagonR/and Zen Estilo, the Zen Estilo was sold as MrWagon here, i personaly liked the car, but we didnt consider buying it as a few units JDM imports were sold here, then parts etc would hav been a hassale always.
