I would like to add my experience.
I have 2 vehicles. One is a 15 model Suzuki every wagon, and a 06 model pajero.
When I bought the every, it had euro tycoon tires on it. I was unhappy, as they had A LOT of road noise and vibration as well. I bought new Chinese a+ brand tires. So far after 9000kms, they are performing well with no problems.
For my pajero, which I use primarily for long routes, had Bridgestone branded tires when I purchased it. They had a few punctures and some dry rot, so I opted to buy new tires. No issues other than that and they were quite smooth. I also bought a set of Chinese tires for it. They were comforcer brand. I noticed I could never get them balanced as there was always shaking/bubbling in the steering wheel. Got them balanced around 5 times. No change.
Took them back to the tire shop, they swapped them with some Seam-tyre brand tires. Unfortunately, these are worse. So much shaking it's just terrible. When the tires are on the balancer, you can clearly see how bad the radial runout is.
Unfortunately, I am stuck with these due to my decision. So please be careful about where you buy your tires from.
