This was my first HYBRID test-drive ever. One cool thing with the Hybrids is that they don't have a regular engine-starter "(or self maarna) as we call it." The moment you turn the ignition key, the engine starts and attains its idle RPM without you hearing the regular starter noise of a normal engine.
Other than that, its pick was very impressive considering that fact that its only a 1.3L engine (I wonder if the electric motor is helping out to achieve peak acceleration).
Comparing it to my 1.6L Vti Prosmatec, I guess that the JDM Hybrid shouldn't have a problem beating the local assembled Exi Prosmatec. My car feels just a tad bit faster than the Hybrid.
