2003 Jaguar XKR test drive

I got a chance to drive a 2003 Jaguar XKR today. It was similar to the 2006 XK in terms of the suspension and handling but it had a bit more power. The engine is a supercharged 4.2 liter V8 but it really wasn't all that impressive. It didn't feel like it had the quoted 390hp.

did they launch a new generation XKR recently also..i thought i saw a new commercial...anyway...jags are pimp...really nice.

The reason it didnt feel like 390bhp was that it does the job silently and without fuss. Look at the speedo.... tells all. The car is meant to cover great distances without breaking sweat.
