I will start off with my own experience with the Nissan Sunny 1.3 EX Saloon Automatic 2005. From the list, this is the only car I have had the chance to drive for a full week and thoroughly check, but I cannot comment on long term use. I drove one in black color and with 67k on odometer.
Performance:
Since this vehicle has a quite aged engine model, bulky and heavy chassis, and robust build, the 1300cc felt a little bit under-powered to be honest. Under normal circumstances, I felt no shortage of power yet when I went on highways, I felt a second of lag between my throttle push and the acceleration boost. The engine clearly seemed to be struggling on speeds above 100 km/h yet it managed to hold on and I did not feel any irregularities. This model is clearly meant for normal, city driving since it performs very impressively on low speeds and as long as you do not push too hard.
Comfort:
The comfort on the Nissan Sunny was nothing short of impressive. I have traveled in Lancer, Corolla, and Honda City but I am yet to see this level of comfort in any of these cars. The suspension is incredibly soft and managed to make subtle irregularities on road unnoticeable. Even on large potholes, the suspension successfully dampened the jolts. The seats are also incredibly comfortable and the leg room is class leading in all aspects. The air conditioning is top class and very effective even on very hot days. Overall, I highly doubt you can find a more comfortable car at this price.
Handling:
The electronic power steering makes handling this behemoth of an easy task. In normal everyday use, this car is very effortless to drive and even when stuck in hours of traffic, I did not get fatigued. The brakes are very responsive and well equipped. However, this car feels a bit unstable on high speeds. I think that because the suspension is so soft, it is harder to control on high speeds compared to Honda Civic which has a stiffer suspension/better handling. Also, this car is bigger than it looks, so it was a bit of a challenge to maneuver it through small places.
Verdict:
I cannot comment on the long term feasibility or mileage since I used it for only a week when I visited Islamabad/Rawalpindi but I can easily vouch for the unmatched comfort and leg space of this car. I enjoyed every moment I was in this car and would highly recommend it to anyone. However, I realize that other cars in this list might be worth a look since my review could be subjective. I hope you guys can convince me to buy another car, and I would request Nissan Sunny owners to comment on the long term feasibility and mileage.
