@dayrider may be able to help in recent past he managed some diesel injectors for his vehicle rebuilt.
Where are you located?
why not reface them and then readjust their pressure - or are the bodies warped? (your mechanic is the green hulk) is the leak from the overflow pipe nipples? are you using the correct rubber tubing?
is the leak from the two halves?
