2011 Kawasaki Z1000

Hi guys,

I've recently imported the first UK spec 2011 Kawasaki Z1000 in Pakistan. Thought i'd share it's pics with you guys. It's also for sale if anyone is interested.

It has the same engine as the ZX10r but it's detuned, so it makes around 135bhp. Engine has loads of torque and the midrange is powerful so it's perfect for the street. Ride and handling is amazing, i found it much easier to ride than my R6. Even though it's 1000cc it feels like you're riding a 600cc bike.

Import by Ryders if am not wrong.. saw pics of this Z1000 in Amir's album.. but why Z1000 not BMW 1000 or R1?

I tried Z1000 in Karachi at Fawad's place but this bike really sucks no power and no torque even your ex R6 can beat this Z easily. This bike is best for touring.. beside all this whats next big thing?

Yes i imported it through Ryders, it's not for me i got it to resell in the market. Everyone and their mama has an R1 i wanted to get something different. Let's see what's next, i might wait a couple of months as summer is coming up and i can't ride in this heat.

As for it being slower than my R6, there's no way R6 can keep up with it. R6 only makes around a 100bhp, this is 135bhp.

The one you tried with fawad was US spec that's why you weren't impressed. U.S spec bikes have less bhp and also have a throttle restriction to pass emission regulations. UK bikes have unrestricted ECU's and more bhp so their much more faster.

Got it now.. posting some pics of that Z1000 this bike was with Saeed in Quetta and currently this bike is in Multan and the owner was in 23rd March Rally.

R6 is at Ryders showroom waiting to be picked up by the next owner. As for what's next, i'm liking the 2012 CBR1000rr more and more. Let's see once both bikes sell maybe i'll go for that, it will also be pakistan's first (unless someone beats me to it!)
