2014-15 Toyota GLI or Honda City 2014-15

Hello Pakwheels members.

I'm going to buy a car. but little confuse , need your valuable suggestions. My range is max 1.6 Million . need 1300 cc sedan shape car. Which should be economical in respect of maintenance and petrol. Whether it can be honda city 1,3 2014-15 or toyota gli 2014-15

Toyota Corolla is much larger in cabin & trunk size.
there is no comparison between a Corolla & a City

Toyota brand is far more economical at maintenance and fuel consumption, compared to any Honda.
In terms of resale value any Toyota variant dominate over rest of Japanese brands in Pakistan

use your wisdom it is your money use it wisely.

i saw more ads of GLI
than city 2014 .

Toyota Corolla is much larger in cabin & trunk size.

Trunk size of Honda City is much bigger than corolla and even civic.

It depends upon your use and preference but personally Corolla is far far better car than City.

Positive points of Corolla:
1. Larger Cabin space: More wider and wheel base which makes more space for rear passengers leg room and also 3 people can easily fit inside corolla.
2. More comfortable ride because of superior suspension
3. Less maintenance cost and cheaper parts.
4. Engine is more durable than Honda and will last forever.
5. Larger fuel tank which gives more range.
6. Less Cabin noise

Positive points of City:
1. Better Fuel Economy
2. Larger boot space
3. More modern interior

But, 2014-15 Corolla Gli will cost you around 2,3 Lacs more than same model City.
So, If you have good budget then go for Corolla, you won't regret your decision
