Its been a couple of days I am facing an issue with the startup of my 2017 honda 125.
It was probably 26th march 2017 I purchased a 0 meter honda from an authorized dealership. Alhamdulillah the bike is working almost fine. But its been a couple of days I am experiencing a slight problem with it.
Actually last sunday, I went to a tour on my bike to Islamabad, kept riding till noon and then returned home. The next morning when I wanted to start the bike it wasn't starting, then I switched it to reserve and after a couple of kicks, the engine started.
Yesterday, my baba was sitting in the porch of our house and I tried to start the bike, but it didn't. The I switched it to reserve, sill nothing. Baba told me to apply the choke, i switched the choke and the bike started instantly. Today the same took place, bike didn't start, turned it to reserve and after a few kicks it got started.
Now in the evening, I wanted to start it, but it didn't, so I applied the choke and the bike started instantly.
Its mileage has reached to 350km, now I'm waiting for its mileage to reach 500 so that I go to atlas honda workshop and get the oil changed, get the bike tuned and eventually get rid of its starting issue.
This is my first time I've purchased a bike. The aim for creating this topic is to ask from some experienced bikers here on this forum about what could be the issue probably. I mean when I take it for tuning, the mechanic will rectify the issue inshallah but just out of curiosity, what could be the issue? Either its air cleaner might have git enough dust so its unable to suck air properly? Or cold be an issue with the carb? Anyone please...?
