I guess saga is multi link but multi link doesn’t prove anything. Malaysian tested is an advantage but again. I have very taste in looks phr bhibsaga buhat buri lag rhi hai

just look at the suspension setup, most class b and a cars are made with a single point top mount (including yaris, city alsvin), while that of saga is a 3 point strut mount.

in any scenario the tri anchor mount is better suited for lateral forces, where as the single mount is mostly held by the friction provided by torquing the screw on the strut intself through a rubber mount.
most c segment and up cars will have a 3 point anchor like rolla and civic etc ,

edit: talking about the front struts, which are more imp in a fwd car as both power/direction is through these tires and

no the rear suspension is a simple torsion beam in saga I think, multi link is expensive setup. only civic has multi link rear in sedans pkdm

Honda hardly sells any Civic or Accord these days.....so they would be only manufacturing City in their assembly plant.......

Iss sy behatr tau current gen base city ka steering hai. What an eye sore! The meter on the current city was/is a very good looking one too.

This base interior is just crap tbh. Current city looks better than this basic ciaz type interior

Showroom price of aspire expected to be 31, so on road around 32 lac.
Altis 1.6 is 33.5 lac but a 6 year old shape, if 12th gen corrola comes by the end of 2022 and a 1.6 variant is offered it'll definetly be 2 lac expensive.

The only way Aspire can even rival 1.6 is with superior features. Even tho both belong to separate categories of sedans going by Pakistani mindset their both just "diggi wali gari" I've observed the avg Pakistani doesnt care or doenst know the difference between subcompact sedans unlike car enthusiasts here at Pakwheels. Like if aspire has a showoff feature like sunroof it'll be attractive to general public.

They can assemble approx 5000 cars a month in Honda lahore assembly plant

Honda City + Civic sales year on year

2016-2017.....total : 37,004...monthly avg 3084 cars
2017-2018.....total : 42,810...monthly avg 3568 cars
2018-2019.....total : 39,189...monthly avg 3266 cars
2019-2020.....total : 14,091... monthly avg 1175 cars

2021 mein tou naa hee pochain.....civic buyers have shifted to Kia Sportage, Glory Pro, Grande and MG HS....which are of same price...

Even if they book 15000 cars...they can assemble them in 3.5 months.... artificial shortage can be created if Honda goes hands in glove with "own mafia" and investors...

I'm 100% sure the car would be available without any "own" money and with one month's delivery in 3/4 months.......

Don't think so. I remember waiting for 7 months for my Aspire back in 2017 when there was no Chip shortage or Covid!

There is a Psychological factor that also play in the Market and the Manufacturer knew it well. Easy and Radial availability of the vehicle is taken as lesser demand and lesser resale value by the Market as General. Believe me or not, the delivery of the vehicle will be deliberately delayed and the invester Mafia will be set free in the initial Months of the Launch making people think "Itne sale ho rahe ke Mill he ni Rahe".

Kis Sportage was selling quite well until and unless it's delivery period got reduced to 2-3 Months. On the other Hand, a friend of mine is regularly visiting the Hyundai Nishant for atleast a Month with Payorder in Hand, Bhai booking he de do Allah ke wastey. Ye Tu Haal hai Awam Ka.
