The rear vents are just an extension from the main cooling box.. take it just like one more vent going to rear.. Its not a dual climate control. Sorry for a poor layman drawing..

Yes u are right. This is just an extension, useful if the ac actually remains trouble free and till civicX, i never saw any honda having cooling issues in Pakistan. Khali hawa emergency main achi lagtii hai

Definitely no paddle shifters and definitely no 60:40 split as they didn't even give us smart seats in the 5th gen

Sadly you can't compare international models with PKDM cars. Every single manufacturer's top variant is still a stripped down, over inflated & in many cases an older gen model in comparison to international variants.

The trends inshallah are likely to change with increasing number of players.

Had it not been for the new entrants... we wouldn't have seen these somewhat basic features in New CITY or Yaris top variants.

Honda might have their reasons; but the way they are launching the new CITY is unethical at the least.

Touch controls for AC aren't practical as per reviwers across the border; that's why Honda probably ditched these in the 7th Gen.

Rear AC Vents are a very good addition in my personal opinion. Will make it lot more comfortable in scorching heat for the rear passengers.

Toyota Yaris was launched before any competition came in... however they also did not provide rear air blowèr, retractable mirrors, cruise control and rear fog lights. Airbags were also reduced from 7 to 2 in the top of the line variant

Lets keep our fingers crossed 🤞 and see what honda offers

Beg to disagree...its lack of rational pricing and poor regulatory controls which have encouraged manufacturers to skip on these tiny things.

It isn't the case. Auto manufacturers have never had a negative balance sheet; non of the corporate companies have actually. The so called loss is MoM/YoY comparative income losses.

The auto climate control, single zone can cost around 350k to 400k

Its just becase we are forced to pay 156 to 160 rupees for a single dollar... what would regulation do... make the manufacturers run away and then we would be forced to buy cars from thug importers only!

Price charged by any company for any given product has nothing to do with the real manufacturing costs. Actual manufacturing costs are significantly lower dear.

Yes, Paki manufactures are importing all these from the parent companies but do you really believe that it costs that much to the manufacturer?
