I fail to understand the blind hate for CITY and for that matter for Yaris as well.. a genuine comparison should be done... bashing just for the sake of bashing is completely ridiculous.

Let's wait for the official launch... it seems that Honda has equipped the top variant well.

With the new incentives from the Government it would be decently priced too.

Honda has been in the Pakistani market for too long now.. they know the market dynamics well enough to place their products accordingly.

I believe that Atlas deserves all the stick are getting and may be more , they cant do much about prices but the way they treat people as idiots is certainly loathsome.

It seems that Government is finally trying to fix things.. in today's press conference they talked about implementing minimum safety standards and a standard pricing mechanism curtailing undue profits and provision of substandard vehicles in comparison to international market.

I hope that it will bring some much wanted changes in the auto sector.

Agree let us go to our nearest showrooms tomorrow inspect the car quality, test drive and find its price.

True. And make test-drive mandatory for manufacturers to make available.

Secondly, its not a policy thing, I hope we also get a culture of sending cars to popular reviewers before launch. This will enable many people to make informed decisions.

Yah we need to import reviewers as well , there is not even one good reviewer in pakistan at the moment. I wish we could learn from matt watson and other big names.

No body is defending this unethical approach. But unless the local market approach changes these practices are likely to continue.

People don't seem to care ... which is sad actually.
I wanted to book an Aspire 1.5 CVT... just didn't because of these issues.. can't do that ..

These are basic rights and they should be penalised by the Governemnt for this malpractice....

Companies across the globe do pre-bookings but these are always after Official launch...and price and specs are always disclosed upfront.

zahid bhai you are right , we need to grow up as a people. There is very little awareness about consumer rights or heck even human rights. We will continue to be treated like that because we think that there is nothing wrong in that.

Yes Pakistani car YouTubers are just horrible. Even Indians make way better videos than us. Pakwheels has such a huge reach, yet Sunil munj manages to make every video as boring and uninformative as possible. Just because he is the owner of pakwheels, doesn't mean that he has to be their YouTube presenter as well. Matt Watson certainly isn't the owner of carwow.

Yes, pakwheels reviews are just bhai aap ki car me AC hai, features batain cruise control hai gearbox hai engine hai all from ill informed owners with little to no technical knowledge of the cars. The car's ride quality, quality of materials, and several extremely important keypoints are not discussed just the bhai average kitni deti hai. No mention of the performance or anything just the typical "bhai bhaagti hai jahaaz ki tarah" on cars that take 15 seconds for 100 km/h. The other reviwers are similarly ill informed or too boring. Thing is our auto industry is not diverse enough to have reviewers like the old topgear or even what motor trend was a few years ago when they had Jason
