Well A/B/C segment are European classifications and according to that the 4.3 meter long SAGA classifies in the C segment which is the same as a city/yaris since the range for the segment is about 15 inches, not sure by which country's classifications are people getting the A/B segment classifications

Although Saga in comparison to Yaris is 3.7 inches shorter and 1.6 inches smaller in width, it is still very comparable to Yaris, City in size compared to Cultus or Picanto.
It is much much larger than Cultus and Picanto. Saga is 29 inches longer and also 3.7 inches longer than Picanto.

However, those who have Cultus/Picanto etc would choose to move to Saga as their first diggi wali gaari while others may refrain from it. It will impact Cultus/Picanto/Swifts etc sales more than impacting City/Yaris/Alsvin

Yes, as per Euro CAP standard all of SAGA is a C segment Car. Any vehicle between 4.2m to 4.6m is classified as a C Segment vehicle as per EURO CAP be it a hatch back or sedan.

American standards are completely different but then Most American Cars are in a totally different realm...

It's Atlas we are talking about.

So more likely they are delaying the launch because 5th generation city can run a little more, 6 months maybe.

should cancel the booking immideately , i dont know why car companies keep taling bookings when they dont have capacity. Corolla comes after 5 months and this city is going to come after 9 months. This should be illegal to give a tentative date of more than 3 months from booking.

What is it with everything being illegal? It happens all around the world. Perhaps if our government had better practices in the past, and this own mafia didn't exist, these companies would be forced to expand their assembly lines. Government can't make it illegal because they don't have any basis for it.

Think of everything logically. The world doesn't work this way. Honda, Toyota and Suzuki have no reason to expand, even after all the new entries in the market, that have the same delivery time of 6 months to a year. Stop crying please.
