I asked about cancelation of booking from dealership but there is plenty on cancelation.. so i think change of delivery status is not due to cancelation. It was tentative date and its still tentative

waiving off cancellation payment is expected to be lesser impact thant the kibor+3% penalty for manufacturer

Aaaa booked on 17th May and waiting and waiting.. itna Tarsa tarsa kay honda day ga, will keep it for some time may be till new corolla or civic is launched or if I get some extra funds for Sportage

Its digital climate control. just they provided knobs for temperature adjustments. It same in civic x and up coming civic XI.

I must say knobs are safer because you don't need to look down and take your eyes off the road. In modern cars I believe there should be knobs and buttons in addition to screens.

Wesay I dont know current status, but before Eid people were offering minimum 200k profit on initial booking. yahan tu ab log booking bi sale kar rahay han.. Initially due to so much delay and drama from honda was thinking to sell my booking and book civic instead, but that own/ON doesnt seem appropriate to me.

I checked with dealer.... the dates are tentative.... october means you could probably easily get the car in september or even august. lets see how much i can shrink my delivery

Yes knob is easier to use while driving, but once you are familiar with your car cabin ( may take a week or so) even buttons are ok. you can toggle with buttons even not looking at them. its just a simple up/down.

I have asked my dealership, he told me that they will take remaining payment in September. So seems like initial booking have no impact. I booked Aspire CVT on 17th may at 0945 AM but aspire manual delivery starting from September at that time and cvt was from Oct.

Standard variants delivery was available in August on 1st day and 1st Hour.

hmm.... somewhere saw a claim of 12,000 bookings... considering the january timeline and production+delivery from August that is a pathetic production quantity. under 2000 vehicle per month. Indus has capacity to manufacture over 3500 Yaris pm

As far as i know, Honda Atlas is full busy in manufacturing CITY these days as civic delivery is pushed to Nov and Dec.

In my opinion, considering the annual sales of Yaris, 12000 bookings seems legitimate, specially considering the recent popularity of B-category sedans recently (mostly Yaris but now there is another car).

Production capacity is an issue, and I am sure people will cancel booking if a very late delivery date is given.

yes should be around that... before eid someone was offering me 200K on my october delivery and only 1.2M PKR booking amount.

genuine user must discourage own money. it is ransom money. "investor" or rightly called "haram khor hoarder" should invest the money in some legit business. ye genuine customer ka right hijack karke genuine customer se he extra pese lete hain
