Btw the 'chinese crap' alsvin is doing quite well at the moment in hilly areas. But sooner or later problems will occur as most people do not know how to drive with dct transmission in start stop and on inclines.

I don't know, or won't comment about its long term durability. (which I'm sure will be no where as good as a Japanese pkdm offering)
But it's literally funny, people justify that cheap metals price at 2.6mil, while throwing crap at indus for pricing their yaris at 2.9mil - while the latter is definitely rightly priced and its the Chinese offering that has been hugely inflated.
Especially when the company's whole marketing is based on "Breaking the status quo" they should have double checked worldwide standing of their product and pricing, before launching it a category higher and then claiming to be doing some 'ehsaan' on the Pakistanis. Lol

Metals are not too bad but the plastics used inside are definitely cheap.The paint job could have been better. Only time will tell how bad or good the offering is.

The point is these auto manufacturers are taking advantage of the dumbass/ill-informed Pakistani consumer.
they know that these dumbass consumers will buy from them even if they sell a donkey-cart with a honda/toyota name badge on it.

The truth is, when other manufacturers are done with a particular model, they want to get rid of the inventory in hand of that particular model and our Pakistani auto manufacturers jump on it and buy it cheap and sell us on higher prices. getting full advantage of us dumbass customers. Period!!!!!

Hello.. can someone recommend a good set of LED's for the new city ? i checked bi led and they are currently out of stock.. i have also seen a page called aux leds.. so from where do u guys recommend i should get good quality led's with proper cut off?

Aoa, at the owners only... are you guys hearing metal screeching noise when cruising or at a standstill.... noise seems to be from the belt, but can not clearly make out the exact source...

1.2 CVT Variant owners specifically requested to reply please, Honda Avenue mechanics told me that its a known issue and almost normal...

As i remember i touched 175 on Yaris 1.5 cvt, have seen videos where people claim 190...

While since I have not yet driven 1.2 city to its limits, cant comment on its top speed, but its pick is better considering its the smallest engine in sedan segment, thora noise ziyada hay lekin pickup theek hai... anything above 140 on a compact sedan is not justified... be it corolla, yaris, civic or city.... drive safe

Aux LED is good but nowhere near as bright as Bi-LED. I'm waiting for their H4 bulbs to arrive as well.

I haven't experienced any metal screeching noise in 1.5 CVT but there was a plastic creaking noise inside the cabin near the rear windshield where the the roof carpet ends. Just adjusted it a little and it was gone

Mostly seller sent it as a gift or under invoice value.. so no tax.. I bought 21k dashcam from AliExpress and it arrives without tax .
Once I ordered a cellphone cover worth 500rs and I got a customs bill of 50rs with it 🤣

Today 1st long drive from Islamabad to Lahore. Final average is 15.7km/L. Will fillup tank in my way back to calculate manual average as well. Speed was 125 to 130 with cruise on.

At 120, Rpm is at 2100, gross weight can be considered as 4 adults.

Car is very responsive even at high speed, took it to 175km/h and it is going further with ease. Did it for a short span as it's not safe and responsible driving at such a high speed, specially with family

Chalain 5k wali service due ho jaye gi in about 3 weeks or so tab sedha dealership say hi pooch loon ga kay bhai koi speed limiter hai ya nahin for different modes..and if there's is none then why the car is behaving like that...

Motorway pay to I guess on hi hoga ... warna faida kiya cruise ka... City main to bar bar brakes etc... cruise is useless within city unless you are living in Islamabad... wahan shaid khuch roads pay chal jaye.

These cvts seem to be giving amazing fuel average on highways. The honda 5 speed manuals are pretty horrible on the highway due to the short gear ratios leading to the engine revving at 4k rpm at 120+. My 1.3 manual indicates 12-14 depending on which part of the m2 I'm on at 120.
