Cc6 is one of the most overrated tires in the market. It's just getting by cause of having continental name attached to it. It's a very basic and low end tire. Plus it's got the bad combo of hard tread but soft sidewall, plus the tread pattern is intended to reduce noise but doesn't give much wet grip. Being harder than usual imported tires it's also unsuitable for hondas with their harder suspensions.
Yoko ae51, primacy 4 and xm2 are much better tires if you can find a properly imported one. Unfortunately for city's size the options are very limited, most branded tires available in that size are from the basic budget series mostly intended for South East Asian markets and made there as well and they're still quite expensive locally.
