sold my city 1.2 CVT and went to CIVIC X 2016 HARD TOP. Driving pleasure went from 5 to 9.5.

I was also hoping to make that switch last month. 1.2cvt to hardtop 18 model Civic. But the used market had very limited options which were mostly abused vehicle, while the decent ones had absurd demands (unjustified for the base trim)
In the end decided to stick with the city due to the peace of mind of a new car. And I guess, the new car feel is the only thing going for it compared to the civic

Rates in Karachi and Sindh in general are always more reasonable. Lahore Islamabad rates are always absurd.

What are the things to lookout and check at delivery?

Dents and scratches everywhere. And I mean everywhere. In 2017 when I got my city I ignored the roof and found out a couple days later it had a minor dent and scratch, which the dealer refused to address then.

Also do check all filters and fluid levels. Have heard some cars getting delivered without cabin filter installed.

Ya pakistan ha. Abi tou new launch city ha. Kuch time tk aa he jaye ga market ma. Abi tou normal accessories nahi mil rahi han new city ki.

I said at the time of booking that I was fighting against the profiteer mafia,
I was in fact fighting with myself.

Could have kept these 3.2 million with me all this time,
And at the launch and first deliveries could have bought the car from one of the profiteers .
Would have costed me the same money and I would have been enjoying the car for a few months now.

USD will not stop anytime soon....there can be another shock early next year...since there is no price freezing policy, people booking cars always suffer in Pakistan..specially in the last 3 years.
