Bhai check your Airpress if properly pasted and installed. There is no such issue in my car. Only thing I did is get 3M double side tape on Airpress.
Company fitted Airpress have real bad and worn out adhesive.

like as per your case, if i pay my payment in the month of december, they will process december invoice and deliver the car in december or first week of january. Resultantly will get 2021 model on invoice.

So should i pay on january 1, 2022 to get invoice dated 2022

I have tentative date of 31st December for an Aspire CVT
All the balance payment plus the increase in price has been paid off
There's complete silence from Honda,
I'm staying quiet as well, as prefer for a January invoice now.

I don't think so they are going to deliver January cars in December. It will create big issue for them as most of customer will not accept. Secondly each production already has assigned PBOs against produce cars.

You can't payoff debt before 12 payments. After that they charge you chalan to payoff debt

I think it was 4% of remaining principal amount. As per my calculation for my case it would be around 40k

Actual invoice is generated a few days before delivery... about 5-7 days ... so even if you pay on 28th Dec you are most likely to get an invoice dating mid or late Jan.

Sir, This silence might cost you dearly as if the delivery gets delayed to Jan; Atlas may ask to pay additional amount as per PBO; legally price at delivery applies.

I strongly am against this trend but recently MG customers (fully paid months in advance) had to pay 2 lac extra for their late December delivery cars.. so precedent has now been set ; Atlas may follow suit as they don't let go of any chance to make money...

Don't trust the dealership in this regards; they don't know squat ... contact the company and press for earliest delivery ..

This December invoice date is a ridiculous thing ... I just sold my earlier ride a couple of months ago well above market price (for that particular model & variant) in 3 days due to outstanding condition.

Real buyers don't give a damn about invoice date its the rides actual worth which matters.

Generally most conventional banks charge 5% of outstanding principal + processing charges ranging from 2500 to 8000 but some Islamic banks charge up to 8% of of outstanding principal + processing fee.

Aalmost all banks deduct the interest first and principal later (i.e. the 1st year installment breakup is such that each installment would be around 70-80% mark up and hardly 20% principal plus your monthly insurance premium..

The ratio of markup decreases and principal increases as years pass; during the last year you are only clearing principal as most banks recover full markup well within first 3-4 yrs at the most.

As banks want to ensure their interest; that's why they wont allow settlement prior to 12 months as during first 12 months you actually are mostly paying markup and minimal amount of principal.

You are probably right,
Customer service at Honda Point had promised at the time of collecting the bank draft for balance payment and increase in price that even if the delivery is delayed I will not need to pay any more.

But it's difficult to believe their word, as they asked me to pay the balance in October with a promise to deliver the car in November which I did, and later ended up paying another Rs97000 for December delivery.

It's very much possible that they will ask for more in case the car doesn't get delivered in December.
I will contact them tomorrow.

Received a formal reply that your car will be delivered as planned.

How many days before your car got physically delivered, you got the message from Honda?

On delivery day, u will get text msg from honda to contact ur dealership. Atleast in my case i got text msg same day of delivery. Otherwise dealership will also contact u i suppose before or after text msg. The invoice date will be when it will be dispatched from Lahore.
