I think for the 7th gen they would need to invest another 6-7 billion. I think someone here said that 5th and 6th are somewhat related to maybe less investment for that. Personally, with my recent experiences with the BRV i dont think I will ever buy a local honda product ever again.

I think you're right. The ceo of indus motors once said it takes about 70 million dollars for them to bring a new variant in. Even if he was exaggerating a bit, 7 billion seems about appropriate.

There are two news, one from management level and other is from production

According to management level, City 6th gen is coming most probably in May/June

And according to production, Honda Atlas have not even decided the City 6th gen and current city is doing good business for them.

Yes, in any case, 7th gen is not coming at all. Either its GM6 or we are going to continue with current city.
