Quite surprising as my cousin went to Babusar top and he was in fortuner and he told me that they were being delayed as there were 2 gli's in front of them who were having difficulty climbing the Chilas to Babusar area.

Please inform where Green Top is in Kalam, as I have been there numerous times but nobody mentioned this place

My phone's bluetooth is always on but still sometimes the bluetooth doesn't work. It's working fine nowadays but I don't know for how long.

Brother Yaris has no complaints you are biased... Yaris has way better engine, it has three driving modes eco, nornal and sports, it has seven speed cvt which again is superior than city since it comes with tiptronic, it has hill assist, it has stability control.

Front cabin of city is smaller than any other car, yes city's rear cabin is better than yaris, even though, yaris is wider...

City no doubt has better cosmetic features but suspension, engine, build quality, transmission give Yaris a huge advantage over not only city but certain other cars of the league above, like 1.6 corolla, brv etc.

my brother owns a yaris. my father owns a city. i prefer city over yaris any day, so i dont know what are you talking about. you seem like a person who has bought a yaris ans are secretly regretting the decision.

Haha you always find other driving slow if you are sitting in fortuner Brother its all about momentum and confidence, driving on such conditions is not easy for everyone.

Agreed, it's one of the steepest roads I have come across in north as well. I am amazed you were able to climb it as mostly I've only seen AWD cars going up there and that too NCP's only.

All 4 doors, esp the front 2 of my city are hard to open and close. I've already applied genuine honda grease on the hinges / metal track but this hasnt helped much.

Any other ideas? Thank you

I started to doubt the capabilities of yaris A Toyota Hilux was carrying some construction material on the way up, so I was unable to maintain momentum and had to slow down multiple times, which made the climb more difficult.

Due to better sealing of doors It happens due to air lock in phenomena. Try to open and close doors with 1 window slightly open, if you feel difference then its normal and greasing will not work. WD 40 spray on door lock hinges can be a temporary solution to make opening and closing smooth.

Sounds good, even after opening the door (air lock phenomena not in play) the door is still hard.

I will try the WD40 option as a last resort if the doors still don't loosen up after the passage of time.

I think it's designed that way. Using WD-40 wont make any difference

Has anyone removed the front pillar trim and ran wiring through it? I'm looking to add a dash cam and am a little concerned regarding annoying sounds / creaks afterwards. Thanks

I installed a guage for getting insights while the car is on. I ran the wire under the dashboard and from the right side to the top of the dashboard.
The wire could be held in place using zip ties or thick thread whatever is available
