Why is your AC compressor replaced?

Compressor started making weird noises. I’ve heard it’s common in 6th generation city.

I find that my Honda city 1.2 cvt lights are quite weak especially the high beam.

What can i do to get better illumination while not destroying my warrenty ? Could anyone please guide in this matter?

same with my car and wd 40 did not help at all. I think they are built like this.

Also the power steering is more harder as compared to my brv. brv steering is quite soft

60 horsepower sounds okay but we have to reduce 18% more for CVT transmission also

can any one tell me that their 1.2 cvt is giving them in the city and on the highway and at what speed.

my cvt feels out of breath over 100 km.

I have driven around 2000 km, mostly within the city (speed breakers after every 500 meters or so). Average is 12.5 km/L without AC.
I had only one long trip (from Sargodha to Lahore and back), average speed was from 110 to 120. Average was 16.5 without AC.
1.2 CVT feels sluggish while overtaking. Even my cultus 2018 accelerates and overtake better than this 1.2 city.

is it just me or the city 1.2's manual tranny is a little too stiff while shifting?

BRV steering is super soft and i can move it with a finger

Due to small size of Gear Shifting lever one may feel this way, yes gear shifting is little hard and sticky specially during reverse gear, but pressing clutch pedal to full bottom can resolve this issue. Check your floor mats not hindering the Clutch pedal full press.

That makes car seem unstable at speed. 6th gens steering is already too soft in my experience, making the drive at high speed not confidence inspiring. Old city 5th gen had best balanced steering. Yaris and corolla have too hard steering.

Hi all, I have a honda city aspire and am trying to add a dashcam to it. The dashboard contains aux / usb cables coming directly from the head unit which i figured I could use to power the dashcam.

Turns out it contains insufficient power and my dashcam kept restarting/ turning off. When i gave it power directly from the cars power port / adapter it started working fine.

I'm assuming the deck thinks it's an ipod or something- is there a work around / setting I could make in the head unit to fix this? Thank you.

Is this a new fault in Honda city or only a single case? Btw what was a give away sign for a failing compressor?

The warranty guy told me that they have replaced almost 4 to 5 compressors by now. My car’s AC was working completely fine. But my car used to sound like a tractor after turning the AC on.
