Went to Honda township yesterday. Could not prove the steering sound however, there was a tic tick like sound on turning the wheel after reversing the car.
The representative finally told me that a lot of city owners complaints have been registered and their steering rack have to be replaced in warrenty but the company does not have the steering racks. So they are being delayed. They did not record my complaint that even though my problem was genuine, they recorded complaints only when the problem increased and lot of noise was generated or turning problem occurred.
This is really total nonsense.
