True. At this point i realise that it's not the car manufacturers fault it's our people.
People would prefer riding a new brick than a couple years old used vehicle. And this led us to the point where a cultus costs 20 lacks and sells nicely.
People don't respect their own money. They're buying 12 year old city even now. The car that costed 15 lacks people are happily paying 26 27 for it.
Even if honda puts 4 speed auto and the current gen engine in it. People will still buy it.

Will values of Honda city 5th gen fall after 6th gen launch?

AOA. Im planning to buy a used Honda City 2015 model (found a 60k driven 1.3 aspire for 1.9 mil). With the launch of the 6th gen city being very near, should I wait for it to launch in the hopes that prices of used 5th gens will fall or will there be not much difference?

OK it is GM6 , but it is still better looking than yaris. Engine is very reliable , now all needed to be seen is how feature rich or stripped is the car.

I think yaris's sales will drop a lot and alsvin may not sell at all.

city will have a lot of features too. For starters , more leg space. A lot better looking.

Even if it is one ir 1.5 lacs more expensive than yaris , city will sell like no tomorrow. In india this generation sold like no tomorrow and still in production even after the arrival of the new city. This forced toyota to pack up yaris from india , now the news is that ciaz will be rebadged as yaris.
