We both are sailing in the same ship, my friend. I also booked Alto VXL AGS (White) by making FULL payment on 10th August. Got confirmed booking No. on 23rd August with tentative delivery date of 24th October.
Although, there are still two weeks to go for my tentative delivery date to expire, but witnessing ever increasing complaints from other customers, all I am doing is to write an email to Suzuki head office EACH & EVERY DAY, asking them to deliver the car within 24th October, else pay penalty @ KIBOR + 3% for each day of delay, after the tentative delivery date, under clause 6 of Automotive Development Policy (ADP) 2021-26.
I know it may not work well, but I don't have any other option either. Dealership is brining new excuses each time.
If some one knows of any government department, which could facilitate the customers in this regard, we all poor buyers would be deeply indebted.
