People were quite aggressive on JATCO cvt and all on forums, yet i went for swift vs (Yaris+City)
Best decision, having all features + excellent fuel avg (16,17 easy in city) and 18-19 on motorway and 20+ on gt road
and no such issues occurred, if any recurring genuine issue occurred in actual then we know how suzuki perception is already in the market and people bashed them openly like what recently happened in case of Alto having shit quality + alto being banned on motorways etc.

Only some people with no personal experience with Swift CVT were spreading fear on this forum.

Nobody cares about that outside this forum and practical world though. It’s a mass seller and performing extremely well, super reliable, super efficient car.

Small in size so not suitable for those wanting a trunk .

But nothing beats it in fuel economy and it has very good looks.

@ifadey unfortunately fails to realize that machines can and do fail no matter the brand, even the BYD Atto 3 will have many warranty claims and different failures but of course this won’t be highlighted by its owners.

If you go searching on the internet for failures of any machine you will find reports.

I am sorry if I have hurt your feelings. But I believe this is open forum and everyone can give their opinion. Like you are saying it's good and I am saying it's not. It's up to individual whether to accept it or not by using their own intelligence and research. There's no reason for getting personal for a piece of machine. Just read and move forward if you don't accept it.

Not many but few people do come to the forums to get information about their potential buys. If we give them incorrect info it’ll influence their decision. Like there is no evidence that jatcos are failing in Swift CVT at a mass scale, or even low scale. On the contrary it seems to be enjoying great reputation in Pak.

my last visit i saw couple of broke CVT swift .. soon i m gonna visit their for oil change .,.i will post pictures..

its hot seller like alto why bcz of fuel nothing else . pure plastic.. brake issue unable to resolve yet..

In a workshop, you are bound to see vehicles requiring repair work. I will be interested to see out of thousands of swifts running fine, how many had issue and what kind of? Was the vehicle maintained properly? What caused it?

A single visit doesn’t mean all is bad. I don’t see reports anywhere not even on social media by owners.
