Haven't heard of it yet, I booked on 10th April, they told me today that it is dispatched from Karachi. Next week delivery expected. I will let you know if I'm able to get any compensation from them.

From all the comments in this thread seems like it should be giving 15km/L in congested traffic.. perhaps exaggerated then?

If you've already booked it, call helpline to check or ask dealership. When calling helpline, it's recommended to call during 7AM to 8AM for best chance to talk with minimum wait time.

Brothers! Is it recommended to change spark plugs after every 10k kms? I've driven my swift around 25k kms and i think it's fuel average is affected abit, can we use iridium plugs which are supposed to last longer? Where can I find them?

Noo, follow maintenance interval Suzuki says. There's reputable vendor in these forums who can provide you with Iridium spark plugs. However you have to check whether that would void warranty or not.

5090km driven Swift GLX. Here are the issues faced till now:

1. Found scratches on fender at delivery time. We protested. They said either change the car by waiting for one month or take some compensation.
   2.Infotainment hanged. Took to dealership and they had to update it.
2. Not manufacturing fault but the ac knobs got pressed in accidentally and they went inside the trims. Too delicate.
3. Current issue. The steering rack is making noises. Took to dealership and they said the steering cross is damaged. They are not entertaining warranty even though it is only 5090 kms driven.

I have tried sending emails and they are literally making excuses like: you have exceeded 90 kms from your 5k kms checkup hence warranty is void. You used steering lock etc.

Bnda ab kia krey? Any suggestions? Tired of these issues.

The info on your dash screen would show 16-17, but the real world average this car returns is 13-14 kmpl. I have a new car, currently at 700kms and it returns 13-14kmpl on light foot driving, 12 on aggressive. Screen shows 16kmpl. This is in normal traffic, no rush hour traffic at all. Same with all Suzukis.
