why some people on this forum are comparing used cars prices with a new one ?

if that's the case, you can buy a used Honda Civic in 12 lacs too.. so what does this mean ? then even Alto is expensive than Civic ?

vitz, glis, civics are all used cars that come in under or near 3 million range. If you want to compare even price wise, compare 0 meters with 0 meters.

Finally, I have spotted all-new Swift being loaded on car carriers:

Swift should avoid territory of yaris and city. It has no match, both brand wise and size. Top of the line should not exceed 3 million.

In fact yaris gli cvt is 2.8 million. Swift glx cvt should not be more than 2.6 m. And top of line swift around 2.8 to 2.9m max. Yaris ativ cvt 1.3 is 2.9m. 2 to 3 million market is tough. Saga and alsvin have their fair share as well.

I am afraid most people here might be in for a big big disappointment ...

In India Swift comes with a 1.2L K series Dual VVT engine with "Advanced" AGS (Whatever that means)

Generally India gets all the top-line features across all brands --- compare their YARIS / CITY with ours just for reference

I seriously doubt that there will be a CVT variant at-least for a much smaller market like ours.

most like it will be K12C motor coupled to a crawler CVT, a shell with ZD83S facelift version. so to remain under 1300cc taxation bracket. AGS transmission variant will be an option offered at delayed deliveries.

I'm reading here that it will be as high as 3.2mil for the top-end variant in CVT. That is a huge disappointment when compared with same price range 1.5l Yaris (top spec) and City (non-Aspire).

Celerio with the same badging style, though that was not adopted by Suzuki Pakistan for Cultus.
