Guys,
I am seriously fed up with the Suzuki brand. It now reminds me of lazy and corrupt people who have no empathy for customer's feelings.
Its been an agonizing 3 week wait just because some bloody moron at Pak Suzuki Head Office forgot to print the invoice of my car which was delivered to the dealership on 7th April. Invoice was generated on 13th April but God knows what demon has possessed the Head Office people that they don't seem to respond to anyone, neither my countless emails to the customer care team nor to the dealership.
I mean I know Pak Suzuki's customer care is pathetic as compared to Toyota/Honda but never imagined they would come down to such a new low to the point of torturing their customers.
I regret my decision to book the new Swift now. My money would have been better spent on buying anything other than Suzuki.
