2C Diesel Engine on a Datsun 120y (b310) 1980 - Preferred swap to full time 4WD

Hello Everyone,

I am thinking to swap toyota 2c engine with full 4WD(preferred) or RWD. So wanted to know
1. Is that a good step to go with?
2. Can the same rear differential be used? If not which car differential should I install?

Need suggestions if someone can give.
