can you please tell me that if whining sound of gearbox can be eliminated or not? mechanic told me that it can't go away now...you have to change transmission if you are not comfortable with this whining sound/...your say on this please

i think this is some silicon applied by that mechanic while changing seal...but my problem was still there of leakage....
No, the silicone might be the brown patchy stuff. I am talking about the stuff below the main seal extending all the way to the left. It looks like a badly welded repair to some major parts.
well there is nothing welded in engine..i think it may be some extra stuffed dirt.loll...there is no weld etc in chamber or any part..i will upload some more pix also....
The dowel pins are missing or broken. The main seal carrier has been broken and welded poorly. The main engine block tab on the left has been jugaared. One wonders what else has happened to this engine, but the edge of the sump does not look too healthy either.

Unless your mechanic can overhaul transmissions, your only option is swapping it
@VCheng @Xulfiqar the picture tell the tale of ustad skill. missing components is no big deal for them. Transmission howling in a 2D local ustaad will recommend swap.
If you are in Karachi you can try Usman Autos for transmission issue diagnosis and a 2nd opinion @alishankhann

20k in peshawar for a genuine one and i have to give my transmission...while repaired can be sourced from 8 to 12k...
You are right but here we don't have any experts everyone has same point of view all are jugadhis...Well i am running it will see if someone can overhaul
