I have bought a 82 corolla with 2c engine pre installed car is working fine but there is an oil leak from the back where engine connects with transmission i got it checked from a local mechanic he told me that was main seal leak and with cost minimum 7k labour as whole transmission will be removed . So my concerns is what is that seal actually called and can i get it replaced cheaper in lahore and please recommend any diesel mechanic for normal tune up/check up as this is my first car as a student I don’t have that much budget car itself was low on oil so i filled it right now till i can get it replaced by a professional
