I want to know what will it cost to completely over haul a Toyota Hilux Vigo Champ 2013 M/T with a 2KD engine.

Cost should be about engine only and not Diesel pump or injectors

over haul will be useless if the pump is not calibrated to OEM specs. @rajaatta @dani_kk @syncview 2KD engine overhaul oem-new thailand parts-only will cost over 250,000 add machining, lubricants & service charges 125000 so safe bet will be 330-350000 @MOD
pump service from DENSO will be extra approx 100,000 with parts

A good rebuild costs around 650 plus
Brand New injectors
Pump is available and found in scrap too

very tight budget rebuild
only essential parts changed.which means old pump/injectors everything else re used
new pistons worth 78k was putting budget out
so had to get kabli set 30k with Sleeves
rebuild cost 165k . going fine so far.
