AoA All i want to go to babusar top on this eid i need some suggestions where i do stop view points and where to stay at night and my Budget is 60k and i am totally newbie for this tour kindly help me

Since you are going on Eid, so don't worry about stopping at viewpoints. You (by default) are going to stop every 50~100 meters automatically because of the rush. And I doubt you will be able to reach Naran even. You will get stuck somewhere between Balakot and Kiwai for 1 whole day and will return back (max.) from Kaghan.
