Dear, plan for SWAT, from Lahore Faisal Movers Adda you will get SHAHID coach direct for Fizaghat Swat, approx. 1200/- per person.,From SHAHID coach terminal at Fizaghat walking distance 2-3 minutes are around 5-6 good budget hotels -2000 to 2500/- per night, even less if your bargaining skills are good. They will also arrange for you rented car.
Day 1 -Visit White palace, Museum, Butkara ruins, rented car with driver 2500-3000/-,
Day 2 - Visit Malam Jabba, rented car with driver 3500-4000/-, full day trip.
Day 3 Optional -- you can make a day trip to KALAM and back, rented car with driver 5000/-, full day trip.
return via SHAHID coach.

I have never booked through this site as you will always get lower rates at walk-in. Rates are higher only during peak season , June to August, also greed has not yet corrupted SWAT like many at Murree.

Thats Nominal price for 3 Days trip to swat but make sure the right hotels during stay in kalam, fizaghat and malam jabba valley, and do a little research for Car Rentals or ask from expert. There are alot of operators working in the valley but Gueskor is leading operator, go to website , search hotel & car and ask for price.
