Still zong is better than ptcl as at least it opens pages. Ptcl does not display images

There are some fluctuations that i just noticed on several speed tests after reading here, so it could be network monitoring as per above poster.

But the fluctuations are in acceptable limits, as I did not face any major issues.

I see, there are still issues going on with Internet at some places.

PTCL quality of service vary from place to place. At some places it is good, at some places worst.

3G and 4G networks have better service overall.

Charji isn't going beyond 1Mbps in my area. I usually got 10Mbps plus on speed test. DSL is working better now though.

It is slow because of filters. Try using VPNs, everything will work perfectly.

Good speed. Even 1 mbps upload speed is acceptable. I would consider switching to qubee. Can you tell how much package actually costs after adding all taxes and other monthly charges.

I have used Wi-Tribe for couple of years but they have gone full retard recently.

There is no cable issue with PTCL. They are using filters to monitor the Internet users on government's instructions. Try using VPN and there will be no issue in browsing etc.

Funny.
VPN reroute your internet and bypass filters which could actually increase browsing and downloading speed. Government spying on you would go unnoticed. They are doing this for a long time now.

Charji has been capped after that fiber cable issue. I am also getting very low to no signals for past couple of days.

I dont think so its bad... Sometimes only pings are high

4mb is 2000 package and after taxes total bill is Rs. 2392/-

The question I am gona be asking is not related to the 3G..4G...

But I wanted to ask how to contact the Telecommunication companies (Mobilink, Telenor, Ufone, Zong etc...) to give them a place for putting up a booster!

Your help will be much appreciated!
