actually the 5 sim policy is placed rightly. You need to think with an open mind. Think about the abuse people were doing when they knew they could buy new sim from a stall beside a road when they run out of credit. Believe me or not people like drivers, labourers, workers etc... had up to anywhere between 10 and 40 sims on their name... You obviously dont expect them to remember how many sims they bought, right?
Also, because of this, network companies were coming out with new offers, if i can recall correctly, one was a sim for 25rs. with 100rs. worth of credit... S o I hope you get the idea..and for once in our lives, we need to think about the better side of our nation as well rather than just criticizing every single one of their decisions.
