Telenor has already deployed the 3G equipment around 1-1.5 years ago.
I heard (on PG) that Telenor already has equipment that is 4G ready.

i have a question, there are three 3G licences being auctioned in total, and 2 4g licences that can be only bought if the companies have first bought the 3g licence, so thats 3 networks with 3g+4g, what happens to the rest of the two??
Another foreign operator will bid for the upcoming auction as well. Any guesses which operator will it be??M guessing STC of Saudi Arabia or Qtel of Qatar (they are already operating in Pakistan as Wi-Tribe)but I want to see a European operator like Vodafone (UK), Orange (France), T-Mobile (Germany) or O2 (Spain), sweet dreams LOL

No they are not my friend they have to install 3G antennas and some card in BTS after that they will be ready. And this equipment has still not arrived Pakistan.
