Nope this is the MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor.

I am not too sure . But i think you can use the map sensor out of a 4efte or a jzgte based engine as well
A Friend Got MAp Sensor WHich Peaks At 18psi.....!
0-5V ....!
We have tried both and they both dont work. They peak out at about 12 psi and getting awful idle and AFRs. FYI the stock MAP sensor is a 3 bar 0-5v.
I got a 3 bar GM Map sensor which we will try out today. Im guessing it should work fine.

Actually it didnt work despite my positive expectations. I was getting horrible idle and no boost with this 3 bar MAP. I swtiched to a 4th gen 3sgte MAP and the engine is a lot better now. Still need the 3rd gen MAP.
What Kind Of readings Does This ECU Expect :o

This question continues to haunt us. The GM sensor I have is very popular with tuners because its cheap and works great with aftermarket programmable ECUs. It failed on my stock ECU cuz maybe I cannot alter the parameters.

Unichip??? They Have One With Built-In 3 Bar Map Sensor Type Also I Guess...!
Emanage Blue Can Also Work....It Have 3 Bar Map Sensor Input And GM 3 Bar Sensor Work Fine With It
Unchip works in parallel with the stock MAP sensor. Anyway it all spells loads of money
